We are seeking a talented Android Developer with 1 year of experience to join our team. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing Android applications, debugging and troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Responsibilities:
– Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
– Work with outside data sources and APIs.
– Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
– Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements:
– 1 year of proven work experience as an Android Developer.
– Experience with Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
– Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
– Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
– Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
– Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
