Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in Python development.
– Proven experience as a team lead or similar leadership role.
– Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
– Experience with database technologies, web frameworks, and cloud services.
– Solid understanding of version control systems such as Git.
– Certification in Python programming is a plus.
