Job Title: HR Executive
Job Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, managing HR policies and procedures, and providing support to the HR team.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Conduct employee onboarding and assist in orientation sessions for new hires.
– Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
– Assist in performance management processes, including employee evaluations and disciplinary actions.
– Provide support in employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries.
– Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
– 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
– Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
– Attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
