Job Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in human resources and a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
– Assist in recruitment processes such as job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
– Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and facilitate the onboarding process
– Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
– Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
– Support employee relations activities and assist in resolving HR-related issues
– Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws
– Coordinate HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements and Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
– Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2 years of experience in human resources or a relevant role
– HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
