Job Overview:
As an ERP Functional Consultant with 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, analyze requirements, configure the ERP system, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
– Configure the ERP system to meet client needs.
– Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
– Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users.
– Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
– 3 years of experience working as an ERP Functional Consultant.
– Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Certifications in ERP systems are a plus.
