Job Summary:
We are hiring a Manager – Hospital Pharmacy Operations for a reputed hospital in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and leading the pharmacy team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the hospital pharmacy.
Ensure availability of medications and maintain accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and suppliers for timely medication delivery.
Implement and monitor pharmacy policies in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Train and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure professional standards and quality service.
Oversee procurement, storage, and dispensation of drugs as per protocols.
Monitor budgeting, cost control, and efficient resource utilization.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in hospital pharmacy operations.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Sound knowledge of hospital pharmacy software, protocols, and standards.
