The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and will be responsible for implementing compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

– Provide training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
– Create and maintain compliant HR documentation and records.
– Investigate and address any compliance violations or issues that may arise.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 2+ years of experience in HR compliance or a similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
– Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications:
– Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
– Familiarity with HRIS systems and software.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
