Job Title: HR Executive
Job Overview:
As an HR Executive with 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and support the organization’s overall HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
– Handle employee inquiries and provide support in employee relations matters.
– Maintain and update HR records and databases.
– Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
– Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
– Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Requirements skill:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
– Understanding of HR practices and principles.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office suite.
– Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
