Salary Range: Up to ₹6 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the full recruitment life cycle and delivering top talent across various functions. You will play a key role in supporting organizational growth by hiring quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment cycle: understanding manpower requirements, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit (skills, experience, attitude, and culture).
Coordinate with department heads for technical/functional interviews.
Negotiate salary terms and manage offer rollouts, ensuring alignment with internal policies.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance the candidate experience.
Handle pre-joining and joining formalities, including documentation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership review.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and organizational policies.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setup.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques via job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using MS Office tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
