Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces for digital products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create wireframes, design mockups, and conduct user testing to ensure an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project requirements
– Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups to visually communicate design ideas
– Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency across products
– Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
– Implement responsive design solutions for web and mobile applications
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

– 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
– Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

– Proven track record of successfully delivering UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications
– Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
– Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills
– Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred)
