Job Title: Tele-caller
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Tele-caller with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to prospective customers
– Promote products/services and explain their benefits
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
– Generate leads and maintain a database of contacts
– Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and sales
– Follow up with customers via calls and emails
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Tele-caller or similar customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to persuade and influence others effectively
– Strong customer service orientation
– Good negotiation skills
– Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in telemarketing is a plus
