Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources with at least 11 years of proven experience in overseeing HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, and goal attainment.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Oversee recruitment efforts, performance management, training and development programs
– Ensure legal compliance across all HR functions and policies
– Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
– Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies
– Monitor key HR metrics to suggest improvements and enhance HR processes
– Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals

Requirements and Skills:
– Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role for at least 11 years
– In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Demonstrated experience in organizational effectiveness and change management
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred

Qualifications:
– 11+ years of experience in HR management
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Certifications in HR management will be an advantage
