Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive with 2 years of experience to join our team. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization’s human resources department.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
– Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
– Handle onboarding and orientation for new employees.
– Administer and maintain HR policies and procedures.
– Assist in performance management procedures.
– Support training and development initiatives.
– Maintain employee records and documentation.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant HR role for at least 2 years.
– Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
– Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
