Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and persuasive Product Advisors – Telesales to join our energetic team in Bangalore. If you have a passion for sales and communication, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a thriving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products
Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions/products
Maintain call quality and conversion targets
Document all call information accurately in the CRM
Follow up on leads and ensure a high closure rate
Work as part of a team to contribute to overall success
Job Requirements:
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Telesales/Telecalling
Minimum Qualification: SSC Passed (10th Grade)
Languages: Must be fluent in Kannada along with English, Tamil, or Telugu
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹18,000 Net Take Home
Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off (between Monday to Friday)
