About Internship
There was a time when everyone wanted to become an engineer or a doctor. Now, times are changing due to the internet and social media revolution. Kids today aspire to become YouTubers, Instagram influencers, or LinkedIn creators. This is why we have seen a spike in influencer/creator growth in India, and brands are increasingly preferring to work with influencers.
Creators are spending 2-6 hours per day on content creation but still struggle to monetize effectively. At Anchors, our vision is to provide numerous monetization options for creators and disrupt the creator economy market through product innovation. So far, we have onboarded 900+ creators on the platform, and 240+ brands have joined the waitlist.
If you are someone who wants to solve problems for YouTubers, Instagram influencers, LinkedIn creators, or creators on platforms like Twitter, Twitch, ShareChat, Moj, or TikTok, then you can showcase your talent at Anchors and prove your skills to help creators. Anchors will be known as the go-to platform for creators in the long run, just as LinkedIn is for professionals.

Skills Needed:
Entrepreneurial mindset
A passion for building from scratch rather than just managing
An attitude like: ‘Ho jayega, kar lenge’ (It’ll get done, we’ll do it)
A vision to make a global impact
Good communication skills
A love for design and curiosity about ‘why’
Qualifications:
We don’t have any qualification barriers. Anyone with the dream to make an impact and solve problems for creators can apply.
Being a creator (past or present) is a plus but not mandatory.
Delhi NCR candidates will be preferred.
A strong attitude to complete tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build products from scratch based on feedback and customer research
Create designs for the global market and premium designs for creators
Take a user-first approach rather than a personal perspective
Always ask ‘why’ before making any design decisions
