We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Jodhpur, Rajsthan. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our education consulting and related services. Key Responsibilities:

– Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our consulting services.
– Follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
– Generate new leads through cold calling.
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
– Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
– Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

– High school Diploma or equivalent.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch.
– Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
– Ability to build rapport with potential customers.
– Organizational and time management skills.

Schedule: 9-hour day shift (Mon-Fri)
