Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in human resources roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
– Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
– Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
– Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 2+ years of experience in HR roles.
– Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
– Proven experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years of experience.
