Job Overview:
Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for its NR (Non-Resident) Acquisition Team based at Infinity IT Park, Malad. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring and servicing NR clients through digital platforms, achieving targets, and ensuring seamless client experience across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle digital acquisition of NR (Non-Resident) clients
Provide excellent client servicing to NR customers based in India and abroad
Achieve targets related to NTB (New to Bank), CASA (Current Account Savings Account), TD (Term Deposit), and FX (Foreign Exchange)
Generate and convert leads through digital and telephonic communication
Connect and coordinate with clients across global time zones
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support client onboarding and servicing processes
Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
Key Requirements:
Must have fluent communication skills (English and regional languages as applicable)
Banking experience is mandatory (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts
Good understanding of NR banking products and services
Customer-centric approach and result-oriented mindset
Additional Information:
Work environment involves regular interaction with NR clients over phone and email
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle client objections and queries
