Job Overview:
Ckredence Wealth is seeking an experienced and driven Relationship Manager (BDM) to enhance business growth by acquiring new clients and building long-lasting relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales and communication skills and have a deep understanding of financial services and wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients for wealth management and financial services
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand clients’ financial needs and offer personalized solutions
Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and revenue targets
Provide clients with updates and guidance on their investments
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review portfolio performance
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients
Stay updated on market trends and industry news to offer relevant advice
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in business development or relationship management in the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of wealth management and financial products
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and acquiring clients
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
