d. If your profile has not been updated in 365 days then CareerHub has rights to automatically removes or archive Job seekers or recruiters profile.

b. CareerHub does not guarantee job placement or employment opportunities.
c. Employers have the sole discretion to select candidates for job interviews and employment.

5. User Conduct:

b. Job seekers or recruiters will not engage in any activities that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the portal or the experience of other users.
c. Job seekers or recruiters will not attempt to access or use the data of other users for any unauthorized purposes.

6. Intellectual Property:

a. All content and materials on CareerHub portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property rights.
b. Job seekers or recruiters may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from the portal without CareerHub prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability:

a. CareerHub strives to provide accurate and reliable information on job portal, but Careerhub does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or reliability.
b. CareerHub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use portal or the services provided.

8. Termination:

a. CareerHub reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to CareerHub job portal at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
b. Upon termination, your account and all associated data will be deleted.
