Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Voice Support Executive to provide efficient and effective support to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone.
Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, technical issues, and general support.
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when assisting customers.
– Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation.
– Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven work experience as a Voice Support Executive or similar customer service role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in CRM systems and call center software.
– High school diploma; additional certification or training in customer service is a plus.
