Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls (for voice process).
Manage email/chat support for non-voice process.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain data accuracy and follow process guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Key Skills Required:
Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
