Job Title: VMC Operator (Fanuc/BEW/Siemens Control)
Experience: 4–5+ years

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled VMC Operator with 4-5 years of experience in operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) with Fanuc, BEW, or Siemens controls. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and experience in machining processes.

Responsibilities:
– Set up and operate VMC machines according to job specifications.
– Load and unload workpieces, and adjust machine tools as needed.
– Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality production.
– Perform regular maintenance on machines and equipment.
– Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process.
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements and Skills:
– 4-5 years of experience as a VMC Operator.
– Proficiency in operating VMC machines with Fanuc, BEW, or Siemens controls.
– Strong understanding of machining processes and machine tool operations.
– Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
– Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
– Physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
– Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Vocational training in machining or a related field is preferred.
