Job Overview:
The US Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions within the organization. They will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and job requirements
– Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
– Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications
– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
– Assist in negotiating offers and finalizing the recruitment process
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Proven organizational and time management skills
