Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. The US Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
– Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
– Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
– Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
– Provide feedback to candidates and manage the offer process
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
– Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements Skill:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting
– Proven track record of sourcing and placing qualified candidates
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment tools
– Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends
