As a US Recruiter with 0 years of experience, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the company. Responsibilities:
– Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media) and networking
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
– Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ job fit and interest
– Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
– Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and recruitment progress
– Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Detail-oriented and highly organized
