We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level US IT Recruiter. This role will involve assisting in the recruitment process for IT positions within the United States.
Responsibilities:
– Source potential candidates through various channels
– Screen and interview candidates
– Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
– Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems
– Assist in organizing recruitment events
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends
Qualifications and Skills:
– No prior experience required, but internship or coursework in HR or recruiting is a plus
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a bonus
– Knowledge of IT roles and terminology is advantageous
