Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for various IT roles.

Responsibilities
– Source, screen, and recruit potential candidates for IT positions in the US market
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
– Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top IT talent, including social media, job boards, and networking events
– Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
– Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
– Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
– Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process through to successful candidate onboarding

Requirements and Skills
– 2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter in the US market
– Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and qualifications required
– Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top IT talent
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
– Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources (preferred)
