Job Description: UI/UX Designer (0-1 year Experience)
Stipend (Not Salary): Up to ₹10,000/month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
– Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
– Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience.
– Design and deliver engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
– Ensure quality and consistency in design and implementation.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
– Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
– Good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
– 0-1 years of experience in UI/UX design.
– Portfolio showcasing design projects and process.
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
