Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centric design, proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and a deep understanding of creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
UI Design: Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and UI elements that align with brand guidelines and user expectations.
UX Research: Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to gather insights and translate them into intuitive designs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure the design is feasible and aligns with business objectives.
Iterative Design Process: Act on feedback from users, stakeholders, and testing to iterate on and improve designs continuously.
UI/UX Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the design process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Design Tools: Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Understanding of UX/UI Principles: Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, layout, and accessibility principles.
Responsive Design: Ability to design responsive and adaptive interfaces that work seamlessly across web and mobile platforms.
UX Research Methods: Familiarity with user research methodologies like persona development, user journeys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
Strong Portfolio: A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating experience in both UI and UX design, showcasing your design thinking process and high-quality work.
Desired Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience in motion design or basic animation for interactive prototypes.
Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with developers.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in sprints.
