Job Title: Customer Service – Ticket Booking Voice Process

Salary: Up to ₹28k
Eligibility: HSC with 6 months of experience / Graduate Fresher
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Ticket Booking Voice Process. As part of this role, you will be assisting customers with ticket bookings, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Manage inbound calls related to ticket bookings, cancellations, and queries.
Booking Assistance: Provide information regarding ticket availability, booking procedures, and pricing.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints or issues regarding bookings in a timely and professional manner.
Data Entry: Accurately enter customer details and booking information into the system.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Suggest additional services or offers when appropriate.
Product Knowledge: Maintain updated knowledge of ticketing systems, available routes, and offers.
Customer Support: Address all customer inquiries with the highest level of service and attention to detail.
Feedback Handling: Gather customer feedback and improve service quality as needed.
Required Skills:
Excellent Communication: Fluent in English with clear and concise communication skills.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Problem-Solving Ability: Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate data entry and customer details.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as answering calls and processing bookings simultaneously.
Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in using CRM tools, booking software, and MS Office.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: HSC with 6 months of experience or Graduate Fresher.
Experience: Experience in a voice-based customer service role is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Language Proficiency: English (additional languages are a plus).
