Job Description:
We are looking for Telecallers to join our team in the medicine industry. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, provide product information, and support sales. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Provide information about medicines and related products.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve their concerns.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly call targets.
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass or Graduate.
Experience:
Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
