Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. They play a key role in ensuring the company has a strong team by identifying candidates who align with the company culture and values.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
– Review resumes and screen candidates to determine their fit for the role
– Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and experience
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
– Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
– Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates
– Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
– Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
– Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
– Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
– Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract passive candidates
– Knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
