Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our internal team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in recruitment,
particularly in hiring for internal roles within the organization. As a Recruiter for our internal team, you will be responsible for sourcing,
screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and understand job requirements.
– Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and internal databases.
– Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
– Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
– Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
– Assist in negotiating job offers and finalizing the hiring process.
– Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and updated records.
– Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
– Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.
– Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
