Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Estimation & Costing Engineer – HVAC
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 7-8 Years
CTC: 45K to 50K per month

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for HVAC projects.
Conduct material take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Analyze project tender documents and prepare competitive bids.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
Work closely with the sales and project teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
Ensure cost estimates comply with industry standards (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, etc.).
Assist in value engineering to optimize costs and efficiency.
Prepare and present detailed cost analysis reports to management.
Maintain updated records of pricing, market trends, and supplier databases.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of project tenders and proposals.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and refrigeration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and HVAC design software.
Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Understanding of procurement processes and vendor negotiations.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Certification in HVAC Design & Estimation is a plus.
Prior experience in HVAC project estimation in the construction or MEP industry.
