Responsibilities:

Requirements and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a focus on real estate.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sourcing software.
– Knowledge of contract law and vendor management.
