Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Solution Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The Solution Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of technical concepts and excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client requirements and propose technical solutions.
2. Design and implement customized solutions based on client needs using appropriate technologies.
3. Serve as a technical expert during client meetings and presentations.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients pre and post-sales.
5. Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
6. Provide training and documentation to clients on implemented solutions.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of software development technologies and methodologies.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Experience in project management is a plus.

Qualifications and Skills:
