Job Title: Premium Service Executive – EDC Devices
Location: Bengaluru, Tumkur, Udupi

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Premium Service Executive to join our team. The role involves providing excellent service and support for EDC devices, ensuring seamless operations for merchants. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and service for EDC devices at merchant locations
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EDC devices
Train merchants on device usage, features, and best practices
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service visits in CRM software
Travel frequently to assigned merchant locations as required
Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory
1-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support (preferably in the EDC devices/technology sector)
Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel frequently for merchant visits
Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: ₹3,50,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum
Travel Allowance: ₹5,000 per month
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
