Job Description:
Frontier Vehicles is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of automotive servicing and the ability to provide a seamless customer experience from vehicle check-in to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers at the service center
Understand customer concerns and relay technical information to the service team
Coordinate with the workshop and ensure timely vehicle servicing
Provide estimates, manage billing, and explain service details to customers
Maintain service records and follow up for feedback and future servicing
Key Requirements:
Experience in an automotive service center or dealership preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented approach and ability to handle queries efficiently
Basic technical knowledge of automobiles
