Location: Western Express Highway Metro Station, Andheri East, Mumbai
Work Schedule:
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Salary: ₹3.00 LPA – ₹3.30 LPA CTC + Incentives
Job Description:
Buzzworks is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring teams, and support junior recruiters to meet business staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand job specifications and hiring needs
Conduct screening, assessments, and interviews
Ensure timely closures of positions and maintain recruitment metrics
Mentor junior recruiters and support team hiring goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (mandatory)
2–4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
Strong communication, coordination, and evaluation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting
