Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead and manage recruitment activities for a growing iron and steel manufacturing company in the Srikalahasti region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hiring for technical and plant-based roles, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, production, and plant-related roles
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local talent
Source candidates using modern recruitment platforms and tools
Collaborate with HR leadership to support staffing plans and hiring strategies
Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
Ensure compliance with hiring standards and labor regulations

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in industrial or manufacturing sectors
Strong understanding of blue-collar and technical hiring
Proficiency in English and Telugu is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively
Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
