Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with at least 7 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex data pipelines, optimizing data flow and collection, and consolidating and improving data accuracy.
Responsibilities
– Design and develop scalable and efficient data engineering solutions.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements.
– Implement and maintain data pipelines to process and analyze large volumes of data.
– Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
– Perform data quality assessments and ensure data consistency.
Requirements and Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– At least 7 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
– Strong experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
– Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and databases like SQL, NoSQL.
– Experience with ETL tools and techniques.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
– Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
– Certifications in data engineering or related fields (desired).
