Salary: ₹15,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead the sales and marketing
operations for electrical products such as switches, MCBs, and switchgear. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in the electrical industry with a proven track record in sales
strategy, team leadership, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical segment.
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and OEMs.
Analyze RFQs and prepare detailed costing and technical proposals.
Coordinate with logistics, production, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Conduct competitor analysis and market trend studies.
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client presentations.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred); MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.
Minimum 15–20 years of experience in sales and marketing of electrical products.
Must have worked with companies like Havells, L&T, Siemens, C&S, BCH, HPL, or other similar manufacturers.
Strong knowledge of switchgear products and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience in handling costing, pricing, and RFQ evaluations.
