Job Title: Field Sales Executive (XFE)
Location: All Over Bangalore
Salary: ₹29,000 + Incentives
Week Off: Sunday
Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Explain product/service details to customers and address their queries.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
Collaborate with the sales team and report daily activities to the manager.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: 10th / ITI / Diploma / Graduation
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of sales experience
Language: Kannada (Mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
