Job Title: Sales Engineer
Location: Pune (Sablewadi, Chakan Shikrapur Road)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Automotive/OEM Sales
Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Candidates with Less than 30 Days’ Notice Preferred
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to manage automotive/OEM clients, drive sales growth, and support technical solution delivery. The ideal candidate should have a mechanical engineering background with proven experience in automotive or OEM sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand and interpret customer requirements effectively
Calculate and analyze quotations and pricing strategies
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals
Meet regular sales targets and support after-sales services
Prepare sales reports and maintain client data
Coordinate and manage sales projects
Attend trade shows, conferences, and marketing events
Make technical presentations and demonstrate product value
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and training
Liaise with internal technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Research and approach new clients in assigned regions
Travel to visit potential customers
