Job Description
The Relationship Officer/Manager will be responsible for sourcing Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSA channels and open market sourcing. The role requires excellent client relationships, lead generation, and coordination with banks/NBFCs.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for Home Loan and LAP products
Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and customers
Conduct field visits for client meetings and document collection
Understand customer financial requirements
Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain daily activity and pipeline reports
Required Skills
Good communication & negotiation skills
Field sales experience
Knowledge of HL/LAP products
Ability to generate and manage leads
Customer handling and relationship-building skills
