Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
– Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and other methods
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
– Conduct reference and background checks
– Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
– Maintain candidate databases and keep accurate records
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting

Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Qualifications:
– 1+ years of experience in recruiting or HR
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Certification in HR or recruiting is a plus
