Job Description:
Vardhaman Consultancy is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Estimator to prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good knowledge of estimation processes, and the ability to support tendering and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects
• Perform cost estimation and rate analysis
• Review project drawings and technical documents
• Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations
• Prepare estimation reports and cost summaries
• Ensure accuracy in quantity calculations and documentation
• Support project teams with cost-related information
• Maintain estimation records and project documentation

Eligibility:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Relevant Field Preferred
• 3 Years of Experience
• Strong knowledge of construction estimation and quantity surveying
