Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salary Package: ₹7,00,000 to ₹14,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Overview:
We are looking for passionate and motivated Python Developers to join our dynamic team at Capgemini. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Python applications that meet both business and technical requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Python Applications: Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code for backend development, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Build APIs: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and other services.
Code Optimization: Continuously optimize and refactor code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the application. Troubleshoot and debug issues when required.
Documentation: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation of code, design, and architecture.
Stay Updated: Continuously improve skills and stay updated with the latest Python technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Python: Strong knowledge of Python programming language (Python 3.x).
Frameworks & Libraries: Experience with Django, Flask, or other related Python frameworks.
Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite) and SQL. Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.
API Development: Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Version Control: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Testing: Experience with unit testing frameworks like PyTest, unittest, or nose.
Cloud Experience (Optional): Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure is an advantage.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to solve complex technical issues and optimize code.
Desired Skills (Good to Have):

Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
