Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time while managing teams and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely execution.
Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and monitor project progress.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Apply Agile methodologies for efficient project execution.
Manage project costs, allocate resources, and track expenses.
Ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and client expectations.
Address project challenges proactively and provide strategic solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management (IT industry preferred).
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
